In 2019, we would love to host 100 events that integrate water-saving workshops and community service events. Our spring film tour will include many schools and public venues throughout Arizona. This summer and fall we will strategically tour the 9 states of the Colorado River watershed to educate, inspire and strengthen river communities around the west.

We need your help to continue to show our film to schools, community groups and the general public. Host an event or donate to our film tour and educational campaign!

Film Tour Goals

  1. Educate citizens about how their water choices directly affect their local water resources and wilderness areas.
  2. Engage our audience with the values and themes in the film by facilitating experiential education activities at every live screening.
  3. Unite communities around common goals by leading solutions-based discussions after each screening.
  4. Inspire and take action to protect local rivers springs and wetlands.

Film Tour Experience

  1. 30 min short film & 58 min feature film - Live presentations with a 30 min film & a solution based 58 minute film educational DVD package.
  2. 9 state tour. We begin in Arizona, then expand into the Colorado River Watershed states (NV, NM, CA, CO, UT, WY), and finish in Mexico (Baja, Sonora)— aiming for 100 events.
  3. Student viewership. Free screenings at schools.
  4. Towns & Cities in the Colorado River Watershed Our priority is to go to the communities where there are rivers, wetlands and springs in need of protection.
  5. Opportunities to take immediate action in your own community & at home.
